Dr. Teresa J. Rosegrant is a retired teacher (26 years) with Arlington County Public Schools. She received her doctorate in Education from the University of Illinois, Urbana, Illinois, 1981. Her university positions include Arizona State University, SUNY Buffalo, George Washington University, and George Mason University. She developed, tested, and published educational software with Russell Cooper, 1984-1989 for Scholastic Inc. and IBM Corporation. In addition, she has consulted with Apple Computer Inc., IBM Corporation, Fisher-Price Inc., Texas Instruments, Children’s Television Network, Disney Interactive, Scholastic Inc., and Johns Hopkins University.
